- • Corporate FP&A Lead responsible for owning and maintaining the consolidated corporate financial model as the single source of truth for revenue, headcount, and expense lines, driving forecast cycles, and building long-range and annual operating plans using both top-down and bottom-up approaches.
- • Owns monthly variance analysis with root-cause explanations, prepares board- and investor-ready financial presentations, and ensures accuracy of financial health metrics presented externally by working with Accounting, Strategic Finance, and Operations Leaders to resolve discrepancies.
- • Builds scalable operational frameworks and process documentation for financial information flows, owns end-to-end documentation of finance workflows, and uses SQL to independently extract, interrogate, and validate financial and operational data from source systems.
- • Reports directly to the Chief of Staff of Revenue & Finance, starts as an individual contributor role with potential to build and lead a future team, and serves as the connective tissue between Accounting, Strategic Finance, and senior leadership to ensure financial data integrity and support executive decision-making.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of FP&A, financial consolidations, strategic finance, or management consulting experience
- • Deep understanding of GAAP accounting principles and their application to model assumptions, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- • Hands-on experience with ERP and financial planning systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday, Adaptive, Anaplan, Pigment)
- • Ability to use or learn data-pulling tools such as Metabase, Hex, Snowflake
- • Proven ability to run both top-down LRP/AOP processes and granular bottom-up monthly forecasting cycles
- • Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills to translate complex financial data into clear executive narratives
