- • As a Corporate Impact Principal at USAA, you will lead strategic fundraising, internal operations, and external relations for key Corporate Impact initiatives, serving as a primary driver in securing significant financial support from corporations, foundations, and individuals while cultivating relationships with C-suite executives and stakeholders to inspire investment in critical causes aligned with USAA’s mission to empower the military community.
- • Day to day, you will develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies, identify and solicit major gifts, serve as the primary relationship manager for key donors and partners, represent USAA at industry events, collaborate with internal teams on alignment and integration of partnership activities, conduct donor research, prepare compelling proposals and reports, manage high-value relationship portfolios, track and analyze fundraising performance, and ensure compliance with risk and control policies.
