📋 Description

  • • Provides project support for IT Professional Services Projects by managing resource assignments, scheduling, and administrative tasks within the Resource Management Office (RMO).
  • • Assists with sourcing, processing, and managing subcontractor quotes and contracts to ensure timely project initiation and compliance.
  • • Manages resource schedules for engineers and contractors, coordinating their allocation across active projects to optimize service delivery.
  • • Creates, updates, and closes project engagements in PSA software, including processing contracts, change requests, and other modifications to maintain accurate digital records.
  • • Supports Sales Account Executives by onboarding new contracts into the service delivery application to enable resource assignment, project initiation, and billing activation.
  • • Maintains continuous focus on customer service and quality assurance across all project support activities.
  • • Performs back-office data management, including accurate documentation of project-related activity in alignment with standard operating procedures.
  • • Assists with ad hoc reporting, backfill support for team members, and participation in service improvement initiatives as needed.
  • • Ensures adherence to Federal, State, and Local laws, regulations, and company policies through ethical, professional, and compliant behaviors.
  • • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills by producing clear, concise, and accurate project updates, meeting notes, and escalations.
  • • Identifies opportunities for process improvement and adapts effectively to changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • • Collaborates professionally with technical teams, business units, and cross-functional stakeholders to support Logicalis’ inclusive and collaborative culture.
  • • Manages multiple tasks simultaneously with strong time management, planning, and organizational skills, ensuring all deadlines are met with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • • Takes ownership of assigned responsibilities and demonstrates high integrity, strong ethics, and alignment with Logicalis’ core values.
  • • Maintains proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook to support daily operational tasks.
  • • Works remotely in a virtual environment with no on-site requirements, relying on digital tools for communication and project tracking.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in resource management, IT support, or a related coordination role (e.g., Service Desk, PC Desktop Support, Events Coordinator, Customer Service Dispatcher)
  • • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • • Experience managing project engagements in PSA software or similar service delivery platforms
