- • As a Corporate Paralegal at Medely Inc., you will serve as a critical legal operations partner supporting a high-growth Series-C healthcare technology startup that is transforming the healthcare staffing industry through an on-demand marketplace and workforce management tools. Your role ensures legal and corporate processes remain organized, compliant, and efficient as the company scales rapidly.
- • You will act as the primary liaison between Medely and outside legal counsel, managing the flow of information, requests, and documentation to ensure timely and accurate legal support across all business functions.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing, tracking, and managing contracts and related documentation from initiation through execution and storage, ensuring all agreements are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- • You will handle incoming and outgoing legal requests across departments, triaging and routing them appropriately while maintaining clear records and follow-up to prevent delays in business operations.
- • Maintaining and organizing corporate records, filings, and legal documents is a core function, including entity documentation, board materials, compliance filings, and internal policies to support regulatory and governance requirements.
- • You will assist with the preparation, review, and routing of agreements and corporate paperwork, working closely with internal stakeholders such as the COO, finance, HR, and operations teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- • Supporting the COO with day-to-day legal and corporate administrative needs includes preparing meeting materials, tracking deadlines, managing legal calendars, and providing research or summary support as needed.
- • You will help maintain internal processes related to contracts and corporate compliance by identifying inefficiencies, suggesting improvements, and ensuring consistent application of legal hold procedures, document retention policies, and approval workflows.
- • The legal and compliance infrastructure you help build will directly enable Medely to operate smoothly amid rapid growth, reducing risk and empowering teams to move fast with confidence in their legal foundations.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal, legal coordinator, or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment
- • Strong experience reviewing and managing contracts and legal documents
- • Comfortable working independently and coordinating directly with outside counsel
- • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- • Able to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- • Experience with corporate law and contracts required
