- • The Corporate Production Manager provides high-level support to branch employees across all company systems, with a focus on Encompass LOS, serving as a key resource for Loan Officers, Processors, Underwriters, and other branch staff to ensure smooth loan operations through expert troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering support via internal ticketing, calls, emails, and Microsoft Teams; managing the Loan Support Queue; providing hands-on guidance for Encompass and third-party systems; developing tailored action plans for assigned branches; supporting system deployment projects; coordinating cross-functional training; maintaining compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations; updating internal documentation; and mentoring team members to foster a collaborative environment.

- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in mortgage lending systems, regulatory compliance (including TRID, FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA), and loan operations while developing leadership, training, and analytical skills. 🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of loan processing experience in a mortgage operations environment
- • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Encompass LOS, including deep understanding of its functionality, workflows, and troubleshooting
- • Working knowledge of mortgage industry processes, disclosures, loan documentation, and applicable regulatory guidelines (including TRID, FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA)
- • Excellent communication skills to convey technical solutions to non-technical users
- • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently while contributing to a team environment
- • Advanced team building, organization, and leadership skills
