📋 Description

• • As a Corporate Production Manager for CrossCountry Mortgage’s Midwest Region, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth, timely, and compliant processing of loan files across assigned branches, directly supporting the company’s mission as the nation’s top distributed retail mortgage lender.
• • Day to day, you will monitor closing dates in Encompass, facilitate pipeline management calls, assist branch processors with disclosures and escalations, provide training and support to new processors, and collaborate with branch management to optimize workflow, prioritize tasks, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and agency regulations.
