- • A Corporate Senior Financial Analyst role supporting the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team at Match Group, LLC, contributing to financial planning, analysis, and reporting that drives strategic decisions across a global portfolio of dating platforms including Tinder, Match, Hinge, and others.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing financial forecasts, analyzing variances, building financial models, supporting monthly close processes, and providing insights to senior management to optimize financial performance and resource allocation.
- • The role is based in Dallas, Texas, with a hybrid work model requiring 3 days per week in the office, fostering collaboration and connection within Match Group’s corporate finance team.
- • The analyst will work closely with the Senior Manager of Finance and cross-functional partners to deliver accurate financial reporting, support budgeting cycles, and contribute to long-term financial strategy, gaining exposure to high-impact financial operations in a fast-growing, innovative consumer technology company.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
- • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- • Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and complex formulas)
- • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and financial reporting tools
- • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
