📋 Description
- • The Corporate Social Responsibility Coordinator supports the execution of corporate stewardship initiatives, helping to foster a culture of belonging and community engagement across SouthState Bank.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating team member network groups, planning and promoting events and webinars, tracking participation and growth, collaborating with the Community Engagement Team on volunteer activities, and creating dashboard reports using Power BI to assess stewardship efforts.
- • The role involves cross-functional collaboration with business units to align culture and stewardship goals, and contributing innovative ideas to strengthen partnerships with external community organizations.
- • This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in corporate social responsibility, stakeholder engagement, data reporting via Power BI, and program coordination within a values-driven financial institution committed to employee growth and community impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or three to five years’ experience in corporate social responsibility, community engagement, or general banking
- • Experience with SharePoint and Power BI is preferred
- • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
