📋 Description

• • As a Corporate Solutions Architect at Redis Ltd., you will educate and collaborate with customers to create customized Redis-powered solutions for their specific business and database needs, helping them increase business value and overcome challenges.
• • Day to day, you will work remotely to help customers meet their technology and business requirements with Redis databases, understand and verify business needs and use cases, collaborate with customer technical teams (architects, developers, PMOs, C-level), drive POCs and pilots, partner with Sales on account strategies, present Redis capabilities professionally, and use customer feedback to improve product materials and inform Product Management and R&D.
