- • The Correspondent role at BlueCare Plus is responsible for preparing and responding to member and provider correspondence related to insurance products, claims, accounts, and services, ensuring clear and accurate communication of policies, laws, and regulations.
- • Day-to-day duties include modifying correspondence templates, preparing and distributing letters and emails, processing outgoing communications, collaborating with internal teams to gather necessary information, and providing backup support to the Customer Service team by answering calls when needed.
