- • As Counsel at Forward Financing, you will help shape the company’s long-term strategy and drive its mission of providing access to capital for under-served small businesses by advising on legal and compliance matters.
- • You will conduct case law analysis to assess regulatory changes, partner with business units to audit practices and mitigate risk, assist in developing and enforcing company policies, support litigation matters, coordinate with external counsel, and provide general legal support on high-priority projects.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in financial services regulation, strengthen your litigation and advisory skills, and gain experience influencing cross-functional strategy in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience working as an attorney in a litigation role
- • Experience writing briefs and conducting case law research
- • Strong attention to detail and issue-spotting skills
- • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior attorneys, management, colleagues, and external counsel
- • Ability to break down complex case law and regulations into clear language for stakeholders
- • Excellent writing skills
