📋 Description

• • The Counsel, Corporate and Employment role at CareAccess Inc. is a strategic legal position responsible for providing timely legal advice and representation in corporate, compliance, and employment matters, supporting the company’s mission to expand equitable access to health services and research globally.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining corporate files, preparing board resolutions, assisting with M&A transactions from due diligence to closing, reviewing contracts, advising on global corporate issues across the U.S., Canada, EU, and Brazil, collaborating on employment law matters, supporting policy implementation and training programs, assessing legal risk, and staying current on regulatory changes.
