• • The Counsel, International role at Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is a critical legal position supporting the company’s UK and international expansion, ensuring all healthcare marketing and product communications comply with complex regulatory frameworks while enabling innovative, consumer-focused campaigns.
• • Day to day, the role involves providing legal advice on UK healthcare and life sciences regulations (MHRA, CQC), reviewing and approving marketing materials across digital, social, TV, and print channels, advising on ASA/CAP and BCAP Code compliance, supporting product launches with substantiated claims, counseling on telehealth services, managing risk assessments, handling regulatory inquiries with bodies like ASA and MHRA, monitoring UK/EU regulatory developments, and delivering practical, solution-oriented legal guidance to cross-functional teams.
• • The role sits within the corporate legal team reporting to the Managing Counsel, Corporate and International, and serves as the first dedicated territory lawyer for the UK outside the U.S., supporting Hims & Hers’ mission to deliver affordable, accessible, and personalized healthcare through a customer-first approach in a rapidly growing digital health platform.
• • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in healthcare advertising law, digital health compliance, and international regulatory strategy, gain exposure to high-growth tech-driven healthcare operations, and contribute to shaping compliant marketing practices across the UK, EU, and emerging markets like Canada, while developing leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
