  • • As Country Manager for India at Neara Inc., you will lead end-to-end delivery operations for the company’s advanced digital twin platform used by global utilities to simulate and strengthen power grid resilience against extreme weather and structural stress. This role is pivotal in transforming raw customer data into engineering-grade models and ensuring successful deployment and solution delivery across international clients, directly contributing to Neara’s mission of building a more resilient global energy future.
  • • You will own delivery performance across the India team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This includes driving resource planning and forecasting in partnership with global leaders, establishing and upholding standardized deployment practices and quality frameworks, and maintaining accountability through clear performance metrics and structured escalation paths.
  • • You will lead the deployment of standard solutions and support the development of new ones, oversee project management across active engagements with clear milestones and risk visibility, and manage handover, training, and transition to customer success and support functions to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term value realization.
  • • You will hire, build, and develop a high-performing India team that operates at the same standard as the broader global organisation, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and technical excellence while maintaining strong working relationships with cross-functional teams including deployment, sales, engineering, product, and customer success.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in scaling technical delivery operations within a fast-growing, AI-driven infrastructure software company, gain exposure to global utility and energy infrastructure challenges, and develop leadership capabilities in managing complex, multi-timezone teams while making a tangible impact on the resilience of critical power systems worldwide.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of experience in technical delivery or operations, managing complex teams within global, multi-timezone organisations
  • • Proven track record of building teams, structures, and processes from the ground up in enterprise software or utility/infrastructure-adjacent environments
  • • Strong technical grounding to diagnose deployment issues related to data, resourcing, customer expectations, or process gaps and drive effective resolution
