- • As the Country Manager for UKI at Harvey AI Inc., you will lead and scale the Enterprise Sales organisation across the United Kingdom and Ireland, reporting directly to the VP of EMEA Sales. This is a pivotal second-line leadership role where you will transform early traction into a repeatable, high-performing go-to-market engine, shaping how Harvey delivers AI-powered solutions to legal and professional services firms in one of its most strategic markets.
- • You will lead, coach, and develop frontline sales managers and their teams, owning the regional revenue number including pipeline, forecast, and delivery. Your day-to-day will involve building and executing the regional GTM strategy aligned with EMEA priorities, staying close to the field to support strategic, complex deals, and hiring and developing exceptional talent at both manager and individual contributor levels. You will establish operating cadence, pipeline discipline, and forecast rigor where needed, partner closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships to ensure a cohesive customer experience, and codify successful practices into a scalable sales motion. Additionally, you will act as a senior representative of Harvey in the UKI market, building credibility with customers and partners while defining the company’s presence and motion in the region.

🎯 Requirements
- • 12+ years in enterprise technology sales, including 5+ years of experience leading managers
- • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams through second-line leadership
- • Experience owning and consistently delivering against a regional revenue number
- • Strong understanding of UKI enterprise markets, with experience in legal or professional services as a plus
- • Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals using a consultative, value-based approach
- • Comfortable operating in early-stage or high-growth environments and able to create clarity in ambiguity
- • Strong operator mindset with the ability to run pipeline, forecast accurately, and drive accountability
- • High bar for talent with a track record of hiring and developing top performers
- • Executive presence and the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders
- • Deep interest in AI and its impact on knowledge work, and a genuine curiosity about how lawyers work
