• • As a Course Consultant at Think Academy US, you will provide expert guidance and personalized support to parents, ensuring their children’s educational needs are met through effective communication and problem-solving.
• • Day to day, you will participate in training to understand educational products, address client inquiries via phone, email, and social media, engage potential clients, build relationships with parents, develop and execute enrollment plans, monitor sales performance, and collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams.
• • Think Academy US is a 100% owned subsidiary of TAL Education Group, an Ed-Tech company providing K-12 extra-curricular learning services through science and technology, serving over 6 million students weekly via online and offline platforms.
• • In this role, you will develop strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, gain real-world experience in education sales and client relations, and have the opportunity to grow professionally while helping students achieve their academic goals.
