- • Manage and cultivate relationships with key retail buyers, wholesale partners, and brokers to drive retail growth and account retention for a premium CPG brand.
- • Coordinate all aspects of retailer communication including follow-ups, meetings, and ongoing partnership discussions to ensure seamless collaboration.
- • Develop, update, and deliver compelling sales presentations, sell sheets, pricing documents, and retailer-facing materials tailored to specific retail partners.
- • Analyze sales data and retail performance metrics to forecast demand, identify growth opportunities, and optimize SKU assortment and shelf placement strategies.
- • Lead wholesale expansion initiatives by building and managing an outbound sales pipeline for new retail accounts across major channels.
- • Partner with brokers to execute go-to-market strategies, drive product distribution, and ensure adherence to sales goals and execution standards.
- • Oversee item setup, promotional campaigns, and merchandising initiatives to maximize retail visibility and sales velocity.
- • Collaborate with Operations to align forecasting, inventory planning, and order fulfillment with retail demand and wholesale requirements.
- • Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to translate retail insights into product positioning, innovation, and new launch strategies.
- • Support the onboarding of new retail accounts and coordinate fulfillment logistics to ensure smooth launch and ongoing operational efficiency.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all retail accounts, including pricing, product information, and promotional calendars.
- • Act as a strategic retail partner by providing category expertise, market insights, and data-driven recommendations to retail buyers.
- • Ensure timely and professional communication with retail buyers, responding to requests and resolving issues with high accountability.
- • Maintain organized tracking of multiple retail accounts and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- • Contribute to the development of long-term wholesale growth strategies that align with the brand’s expansion goals across ecommerce and brick-and-mortar channels.
- • Drive cross-functional alignment between Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product to ensure unified execution of retail initiatives.
- • Support performance reviews with retail partners using data, sales trends, and market analysis to strengthen partnerships and secureç»çş¦ or expansion.
- • Ensure all retail and wholesale activities comply with brand standards and operational protocols.
- • Demonstrate proactive follow-up habits and strong operational discipline to maintain trust and reliability with retail stakeholders.
