- • We are seeking a highly strategic and systems-driven Marketing Virtual Assistant to join a dynamic and growing professional voiceover and live announcing business. This is not a typical administrative support role; instead, we are looking for an individual who possesses a deep understanding of how to market creative services as scalable businesses. The core objective of this project-based engagement is to architect, build, and implement a robust CRM and outreach system designed to generate a consistent and predictable flow of leads for voiceover, narration, and live announcing services.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to establish a structured CRM and automation framework that supports long-term growth and efficiency. This involves meticulous research, recommendation, and implementation of a suitable CRM platform, with Apollo AI being the preferred choice, though well-reasoned alternatives will be considered. You will be instrumental in building structured sales pipelines tailored to different client segments, including commercial, corporate, events, and agencies. The goal is to create an organized system of tagging, segmentation, and tracking that ensures the CRM not only meets current needs but also supports future scalability and automation initiatives.
- • A significant part of this role will focus on email marketing automation. You will be responsible for designing and constructing automated email workflows that nurture leads effectively. This includes developing segmented outreach campaigns tailored to specific industries and client types, as well as creating 'set-it-and-forget-it' nurture sequences that maintain engagement over time. The creation of professional email templates, aligned with a strong creative brand voice, is also a key deliverable. You will implement automation triggers and follow-up sequences to ensure timely and relevant communication with potential clients.
- • Lead generation through effective outreach systems is another critical component. You will build and manage targeted contact lists, identifying key prospects such as commercial production companies, advertising agencies, event planners, and corporate clients.
