- • Be the CRC Benefits subject matter expert and outside sales executive for all ancillary products in an assigned geography, driving revenue growth by building trusted relationships with broker firms and expanding broker headcount.
- • Recruit and train new agents, develop revenue growth strategies with brokers, lead PODs to service agent/broker business, and utilize internal systems like Salesforce and Zoom for activity tracking and metrics.
