- • As a Benefits Sales Executive, PEO (Remote) at TIH Insurance Services, LLC, you will serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned broker firms, driving revenue growth by expanding broker headcount and deepening engagement through BenefitMall’s value proposition.
- • Day to day, you will recruit and train new agents, develop revenue growth strategies with brokers, coordinate sales and retention activities, host strategy calls, utilize Salesforce and Zoom for tracking, and collaborate with carrier partners to maximize results while adhering to confidentiality standards.
- • You will join a dynamic, remote-first sales team within CRC Group’s Benefits division, focused on delivering trusted, technology-enabled benefits solutions to brokers and agents across the U.S., with a culture rooted in integrity, collaboration, and client success.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in group insurance products, sales strategy execution, and CRM-driven account management, while building leadership skills in team coordination and revenue growth initiatives that directly impact organizational performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • HS Diploma or GED equivalent (required)
- • 3+ years’ experience in a related insurance/employee benefit medical sales role (required)
- • Active Life & Health License must be obtained within 90 days of employment
- • Associate’s Degree (preferred)
- • In-depth knowledge of group insurance products preferably attained through working in an insurance marketing or selling role
- • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook Exchange; proficient in web browsers, specifically Google Chrome
