  • • As a CRC Benefits - Inside Sales Representative (Remote), you will play a vital role in driving new business growth for group health insurance products by partnering with agents and brokers to deliver trusted, efficient benefits solutions. Your work directly supports the company’s mission to build a resilient organization through inclusion, trust, collaboration, and innovation.
  • • Day to day, you will coordinate with POD members to manage the new business quote process, place outbound sales calls, follow up on RFPs, and support agents/brokers in selecting optimal solutions. You’ll maintain product knowledge, utilize Salesforce and Zoom for tracking, coordinate with carrier partners, and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards while resolving client issues and adapting to peak-period demands.

The team operates remotely using video and screen sharing tools to foster connection and collaboration despite geographic dispersion.
