- • We are actively seeking a highly creative and strategically-minded Creative Brand Strategist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand's direction, elevating our storytelling capabilities, and driving high-impact marketing initiatives that significantly reinforce Bjak's strong positioning across the ASEAN region. This position uniquely blends deep strategic brand thinking with hands-on creative execution, spanning across integrated campaigns, compelling content creation, and impactful community-building initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and articulate compelling brand narratives, design sophisticated integrated marketing strategies, and meticulously ensure a consistent, memorable, and impactful brand presence across every single channel and touchpoint.
- • Key Responsibilities:
- • Brand Strategy & Creative Direction:
- • Define, refine, and evolve Bjak's core brand narrative, strategic positioning, and key messaging tailored for diverse markets across ASEAN.
- • Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and development of innovative creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns designed to significantly strengthen brand perception and foster deeper audience engagement.
- • Act as the guardian of the brand, ensuring unwavering consistency in tone, voice, visual identity, and messaging across all communication touchpoints, diverse content formats, and all marketing activities.
- • Campaign Development & Execution:
- • Strategize, plan, and meticulously execute integrated brand campaigns aimed at driving measurable increases in brand awareness, audience engagement, and qualified lead generation.
- • Collaborate seamlessly with a talented pool of designers, content creators, performance marketers, and other cross-functional teams to effectively translate high-level brand strategies into tangible, high-quality creative assets and campaign executions.
- • Continuously monitor campaign performance using key metrics, conduct thorough analysis of results, and provide actionable strategic insights to inform and drive continuous improvement and optimization.
- • Content & Community Engagement:
- • Oversee and guide the content strategy for crucial platforms including social media channels, email newsletters, and various community forums, ensuring that all content delivers impactful and resonant storytelling.
- • Proactively build and nurture a vibrant, active online and offline community that is deeply aligned with Bjak's mission, values, and brand ethos.
- • Develop and implement innovative initiatives designed to increase user participation, foster brand advocacy, and cultivate strong brand loyalty.
- • Identify, curate, and strategically leverage user-generated content to enhance brand authenticity and build trust.
- • Partnerships & Insights:
- • Collaborate effectively with key influencers, creative content creators, and strategic brand advocates to significantly amplify Bjak's reach and impact.
- • Develop and manage programs designed to transform loyal users into enthusiastic brand champions and dedicated ambassadors.
- • Conduct in-depth data analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance to uncover critical insights that will inform and support future brand strategy development and campaign planning.
