📋 Description

• As a Creative Marketing Manager at Liven, you will drive the creation and optimization of marketing creatives that support the company’s mission to build a global ecosystem for self-regulation and emotional well-being, helping millions of users build better relationships with themselves.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing creative concepts, testing hypotheses, analyzing performance, iterating based on data, and leveraging AI tools at every stage — from idea generation to result analysis — while monitoring market trends and translating insights into actionable hypotheses.
• You will work closely with the procurement and design teams, synchronizing daily to share insights, align priorities, and make joint decisions, all within an AI-enabled marketing system that you are expected to understand, optimize, and evolve.
• Liven is a curiosity-driven company building products like a self-discovery companion app (used by over 2.5 million users), online coaching, and supplements, operating with a culture of experimentation and impact, where your growth is tied directly to the value you bring to the product and business.
• In this role, you will learn to combine creative marketing with AI-augmented workflows, deepen your analytical and systems thinking skills, and grow through ownership and impact in a global, mission-focused environment supporting users worldwide.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing with paid traffic and metric analysis
• Ability to take a systemic approach to problem-solving: identifying root causes, breaking issues into components, and formulating solutions
• Proficiency in using AI tools daily — from idea generation to result analysis — as a core part of your workflow, not just as a bonus
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to process large volumes of information, draw conclusions, and think critically
• Proactivity and ownership: you initiate solutions and ideas without waiting to be told what to do
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher
