- • **Creative & Strategic Planning:** You will be responsible for developing innovative and impactful marketing strategies designed to significantly strengthen BJAK's brand visibility, enhance user engagement, and drive conversion rates. This involves translating complex market insights, emerging trends, and user behaviors into clear, compelling campaign concepts and creative angles that resonate with our target audiences. A key aspect of this role is leveraging the power of storytelling to elevate our messaging across all communication channels, ensuring a consistent and memorable brand narrative.
- • **Campaign Execution Excellence:** You will meticulously plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across a diverse range of platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and CRM systems. This requires close collaboration with internal and external creative teams to produce high-quality content, including engaging scripts, captivating visuals, high-converting landing pages, and impactful social media assets. Maintaining a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all these touchpoints is paramount to building a cohesive brand experience.
- • **Performance Monitoring & Insight Generation:** A critical component of this role is the continuous monitoring and optimization of campaign performance. You will utilize data-driven insights, focusing on key metrics such as Click-Through Rates (CTR), conversion rates, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and user retention. This data-informed approach will guide strategic adjustments and improvements. Furthermore, you will conduct thorough market and competitor research to proactively identify new opportunities and potential threats, informing our strategic direction.
- • **Actionable Insights & Reporting:** You will be adept at synthesizing complex performance data into clear, concise, and actionable insights. These findings, along with strategic recommendations, will be presented confidently and effectively to various stakeholders, including senior leadership. Your ability to communicate learnings and justify strategic shifts based on data will be crucial for driving continuous improvement and innovation within the marketing function.
- • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Success in this role hinges on your ability to foster strong partnerships with Product, Design, Data, and Business Development teams. You will work collaboratively to ensure marketing strategies are tightly aligned with overarching business goals and product roadmaps. This includes managing complex timelines, coordinating deliverables, maintaining project calendars, and effectively communicating with stakeholders across multiple, often concurrent, initiatives. You will also play a key role in supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new features and product launches, ensuring their successful introduction to the market.
- • **Creative Production Leadership:** You will provide leadership and oversight for end-to-end content creation workflows. This involves offering clear direction and constructive feedback to a diverse range of creative resources, including internal designers, writers, videographers, external freelancers, and agencies. Ensuring that all creative assets are delivered on time, adhere strictly to brand guidelines, and meet the highest creative standards is a core responsibility.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, creative strategy, digital campaign management, or a closely related field.
- • Strong understanding and practical experience with multi-channel marketing platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and CRM systems.
- • Proven experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns and/or producing creative content across various formats.
- • Solid analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to convert raw data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines effectively.
