- • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supercharging our paid campaigns. You'll blend artistic flair with analytical rigor, conceptualizing, designing, and rigorously testing ad creatives that not only capture immediate attention but also scale profitably. This is a hands-on, strategic position for an individual who deeply understands what makes an audience tick and how to translate that understanding into measurable marketing success.
- • Your core responsibility will be to partner closely with our performance media buyers. Together, you will develop and execute sophisticated, data-driven creative strategies that align with our overarching marketing objectives. You will be the bridge between insights and execution, translating complex data points into clear, actionable direction for our creative resources.
- • A key part of your role will involve building comprehensive briefs for our talented designers, editors, and User-Generated Content (UGC) creators. These briefs will be your vehicle for transforming raw insights into compelling visual and narrative assets that speak directly to our target audience and drive desired actions.
- • You will own and implement structured creative testing frameworks, including A/B and multivariate testing methodologies. Your mission will be to systematically identify winning ad concepts, understand why they succeed, and refine them for maximum impact. This iterative process is crucial for continuous improvement and sustained campaign performance.
- • Analyzing creative performance metrics will be central to your daily work. You'll dive deep into data such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Your ability to interpret these metrics and iterate quickly based on the results will directly influence campaign success and budget efficiency.
- • Staying ahead of the curve is non-negotiable. You will be expected to maintain a keen awareness of platform trends, emerging hooks, and evolving consumer psychology across key platforms like TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
