We cater to the entire Total Addressable Market (TAM), serving businesses of all sizes, from small enterprises and major e-commerce brands to fast-paced, high-growth startups. Now, we are intensifying our focus by substantially increasing our investment in paid advertising. We possess the sophisticated infrastructure required for large-scale targeting and precise measurement of campaign effectiveness. What we urgently need is a dynamic creative engine capable of continuously delivering compelling messages to the right audiences.
  • • Your mission as a Creative Producer is to spearhead all creative production efforts for our high-volume paid advertising engine. This role transcends the creation of a single, perfect advertisement; it is about architecting and maintaining a creative machine that fuels our growth engine through relentless testing and iterative refinement. You will be responsible for producing a high volume of diverse content tailored for our performance marketing channels, including prominent platforms like Meta and LinkedIn. Collaborating closely with the Head of Growth and our dedicated analytics team, you will identify successful creative strategies, implement rapid iterations based on performance data, and construct a scalable creative system that can sustain our aggressive growth objectives. This position is ideally suited for an individual who is deeply immersed in performance creative, possesses a keen understanding of human psychology, and operates with exceptional speed and agility. We are seeking individuals who are not afraid to propose unconventional ideas, embrace rapid experimentation, and develop content that captivates, compels, and converts.
  • • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Own and execute all creative production for the paid advertising engine, encompassing both static assets and video content across key performance marketing channels such as Meta and LinkedIn.
  • • Drive high-volume output with a strong emphasis on diversity, consistently delivering multiple static ad concepts and video concepts each week.
  • • Produce high-quality static assets and rapidly developed vertical video content, leveraging user-generated content (UGC) style footage, smartphone filming techniques, AI-powered tools, or any other efficient methods to maintain velocity.
  • • Implement a rigorous testing methodology, working hand-in-hand with the analytics team to pinpoint winning creative concepts and iterate swiftly based on performance data.
  • • Develop and refine a scalable creative system, establishing robust templates and workflows that enhance output volume without compromising on quality.
  • • Focus intently on emotional resonance and psychological triggers, understanding the core elements that capture audience attention and motivate them to click through.
  • • Collaborate with performance marketing and analytics teams to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable creative improvements.
  • • Stay abreast of the latest creative trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in digital advertising to ensure Vibe's creative output remains cutting-edge.
  • • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Contribute to the strategic development of creative briefs, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and target audience profiles.
  • • Experiment with new ad formats and creative approaches to continuously optimize campaign performance and discover novel engagement strategies.
  • • Maintain a proactive and problem-solving attitude, addressing creative challenges with innovative solutions and a hands-on approach.
  • • Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries for maximum impact.

  • • Develop a deep understanding of Vibe's target audience segments and their respective motivations and pain points.
  • • Ensure a high degree of creativity and originality in all produced assets, differentiating Vibe from competitors.
  • • Manage and organize creative assets efficiently for easy access and reuse.
  • • Contribute to post-campaign analysis by providing creative insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • • Embrace a data-informed yet creatively driven approach to production, balancing analytical rigor with imaginative thinking.
  • • Be the driving force behind a creative production process that is both agile and effective, directly contributing to Vibe's ambitious growth trajectory.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume creative production specifically for performance marketing campaigns.
  • • Proven track record of producing a high volume and high diversity of creative assets, including dozens of variations across different angles and formats.
  • • Experience in creating compelling static social media ads and quick-turn vertical video content suitable for performance channels.
  • • An AI-native mindset, with demonstrable experience using generative AI tools to accelerate production workflows and experiment with novel content formats.
  • • A strong understanding of performance marketing data and analytics, with the ability to iterate on creative based on insights without sacrificing creative integrity.
  • • A blend of exceptional creativity, a 'hacker spirit,' and a deep understanding of human psychology to drive audience action.
  • • A pronounced bias for action, demonstrating the ability to quickly conceptualize, produce, and deploy creative assets, potentially even within the same day.
  • • Mobile gaming creative experience OR a strong Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce background from major brands that have managed substantial paid advertising budgets.
