Your primary objective will be to ensure our advertising creatives not only capture audience attention but also demonstrably drive conversions and achieve key business objectives.
  • • This position offers a unique opportunity to own the end-to-end creative production lifecycle. You will work closely with the Lead Creative Producer, maintaining a tight feedback loop with User Acquisition Managers to continuously refine and enhance our advertising strategies. Your insights will be crucial in optimizing campaigns based on robust performance data, making this role a critical component of our growth engine.
  • • A highly analytical mindset is paramount for success in this role. You will be expected to understand that impactful creatives are born from a rigorous process of data analysis, iterative testing, and continuous improvement, rather than solely relying on intuition. Your ownership extends from the initial spark of an idea and the detailed briefing process, through to the in-depth performance analysis and subsequent optimization.
  • • Key responsibilities include owning the creation and iterative refinement of both video and static ad creatives, employing a strictly data-driven methodology. This involves translating performance metrics and user insights into actionable creative direction.
  • • You will be responsible for crafting clear, comprehensive, and structured briefs for our talented motion designers, graphic designers, and content creators. These briefs will encompass concept development, copywriting direction, structural guidelines, reference materials, and asset requirements, ensuring alignment and clarity from the outset.
  • • A critical aspect of your role will be the thorough review and approval of all final advertising creatives and user-generated content (UGC). This ensures that all output meets our high standards for quality, brand consistency, and, most importantly, performance.
  • • You will expertly adapt and tailor creatives for a diverse range of platforms, formats, and specific audience segments, understanding the nuances of each channel to maximize impact.
  • • Proactive research and analysis of creative strategies within our competitive landscape are essential. This includes conducting in-depth competitor analysis using relevant industry tools to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • • A core function will be the continuous development and testing of creative hypotheses. You will stay abreast of the latest industry trends, apply best practices, and experiment with new approaches to keep our advertising fresh and effective.
  • • You will collaborate closely with User Acquisition Managers to analyze campaign performance data. This involves drawing clear, actionable conclusions and implementing data-backed improvements that directly impact marketing and business metrics.
  • • Daily collaboration with the broader marketing team is expected. This includes reviewing acquisition results, sharing key insights, and proactively proposing new ideas, tools, and innovative approaches to elevate our marketing efforts.
