Yokly Inc. is seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Creative Project Manager, based remotely in the Philippines. This is a pivotal role where you will be instrumental in ensuring the flawless execution of creative assets for our clients, driving client delight through zero-defect, high-speed delivery.
  • At Yokly Create, we pride ourselves on being the premier partner for brands requiring high-volume content creation. From engaging Amazon carousels and compelling Meta ads to trending TikTok videos and polished executive decks, we cater to a diverse range of creative needs. As demand continues to surge, we are looking for a Creative Project Manager who possesses the discipline of a seasoned producer and a keen creative eye. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize our post-production engine, meticulously scoping briefs, orchestrating timelines, rigorously enforcing quality control, and collaborating closely with clients to ensure every delivered asset makes a significant impact.
  • You will report directly to the Client Success Manager and will be a key collaborator with our talented editors, designers, copywriters, and brand strategists. Your expertise will bridge the gap between client needs and creative output, ensuring seamless project flow and outstanding results.
  • *CORE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:**
  • *Strategic & Production Planning:**
  • Deconstruct incoming creative briefs to thoroughly understand the underlying business objectives and identify key creative opportunities and challenges.
  • Develop detailed, tactical production roadmaps using project management tools like Asana or Basecamp, clearly defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones.
  • Strategically allocate tasks and resources across our team of editors, designers, and external vendors to maximize throughput and efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and risks in the production pipeline and implement mitigation strategies.
  • *Quality Control & Visual Review:**
  • Conduct thorough quality control checks on all creative outputs, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, platform-specific requirements (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon, TikTok), and technical specifications.
  • Review creative assets across various platforms and formats, including but not limited to Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), and Canva.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail, verifying spelling, grammar, brand consistency, accurate cut-outs, and overall visual appeal.
  • Take ownership of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), checklists, and zero-defect processes, embedding them into the workflow to maintain high standards without hindering project velocity.
  • Provide clear, constructive, and actionable visual feedback to creative team members, guiding them towards optimal outcomes.
  • *Stakeholder Communication & Management:**
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client Project Managers and marketing teams, fostering strong working relationships.
  • Proactively communicate project status, surface any blockers or challenges early, and provide regular updates (e.g., weekly snapshots) to stakeholders.
  • Synthesize complex production updates into clear, concise summaries that highlight business impact and value delivered.
  • Manage client expectations effectively, ensuring alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • *Creative Optimization & Process Improvement:**
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to translate asset performance data into actionable insights for iterative testing and optimization.
  • Continuously track project throughput, asset cycle times, and workflow efficiency, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Revise and refine existing workflows to reduce drag, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance overall productivity.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, seeking out and implementing best practices in creative project management.
  • *Knowledge Management & Mentorship:**
  • Document reusable SOPs, best practices, and valuable insights within Yokly's central Knowledge Bank, contributing to a shared repository of expertise.
  • Mentor and coach junior coordinators and creatives, instilling a strong sense of QA discipline and fostering a deep understanding of creative logic and strategic intent.
  • Share knowledge and insights with the wider team to elevate collective capabilities and ensure consistent quality across all projects.
