We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Creator Manager to identify, engage, and convert high-potential, SFW creators and agencies into active, revenue-generating partners, thereby accelerating creator activation and earnings across the Fanvue platform.
- • As a Mainstream Creator Manager based in Los Angeles, you will be instrumental in accelerating Fanvue's expansion within the vibrant US creator market. This is a fundamentally commercial and sales-driven position, requiring a proactive approach to identifying, engaging, and converting SFW creators into dedicated, revenue-generating partners. Your core responsibilities will encompass the entire creator acquisition lifecycle, from initial outreach and onboarding to fostering early-stage monetization. You will be tasked with building robust, trusted relationships with both individual creators and agencies, consistently positioning Fanvue as their preferred long-term platform partner.
- • Your primary objective will be to drive creator acquisition across the US mainstream market, with a direct ownership of onboarding and Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) targets. This involves a strategic approach to prospecting, qualifying, and engaging potential creators and agencies through a combination of outbound efforts, inbound leads, and leveraging your existing network. You will manage critical stages of the sales cycle, from initial discovery and needs assessment through to closing deals, including crafting compelling pitches, skillful negotiation of terms, and finalizing contracts.
- • A key aspect of your role will be to expertly onboard new creators, utilizing targeted commercial incentives and, where appropriate, offering reduced platform commissions to facilitate their success. You will be focused on accelerating their activation on the platform and significantly reducing the time it takes for them to achieve their first revenue milestone. Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships will be paramount, acting as a trusted commercial advisor who understands and supports their business objectives.
- • You will maintain close engagement with newly onboarded creators during their crucial first 90 days, ensuring their retention and actively supporting their earnings growth. This proactive involvement will also allow you to identify potential upsell and expansion opportunities, working collaboratively with our Creator Success team to maximize value for both the creator and Fanvue.
- • Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will partner closely with our Sales, Creator Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and effective strategy for creator engagement and platform growth. Maintaining accurate CRM data, providing reliable forecasting, and ensuring pipeline hygiene are essential for tracking progress and making informed decisions.
