📋 Description

• • As a Creator Relations Specialist at Air Apps, you will own the full lifecycle of creator partnerships from sourcing to payment, playing a critical role in scaling the company’s AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner (PRP) by building authentic relationships with creators who align with the brand’s mission.
• • You will identify and source creators, manage outreach and contracts, define deliverables and timelines, review content for quality and brand alignment, validate submissions, coordinate payments with finance, and maintain organized records—all while serving as the primary point of contact for creators to foster long-term, trust-based relationships.
• • Based in Lisbon with a fully onsite requirement (5 days/week), you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, self-funded, family-founded environment that has achieved over 100 million downloads globally and is committed to pushing the boundaries of AI-driven solutions.
