  • • As a Creator Success Representative at Fanvue Ltd, you will be the benchmark individual contributor within the Creator Success team, directly responsible for driving retention and revenue growth among top-earning creators on one of the world’s fastest-growing AI-powered creator monetisation platforms. Your work will directly impact creator earnings and platform scalability in mainstream markets, where retention and performance are mission-critical following Fanvue’s Series A funding and $100M+ in annual recurring revenue.
  • • You will own and grow a portfolio of high-value creators with full accountability for retention and revenue outcomes, consistently delivering 100%+ month-on-month retention by identifying churn risks and expansion opportunities through behavioural and performance data. You will share actionable, data-driven insights to help creators optimise monetisation, educate them on new features and platform best practices, and proactively improve Net Revenue Retention through strategic engagement.
  • • You will increase creator satisfaction and NPS by building trusted, proactive relationships with top creators, acting as a visible performance benchmark for the wider Creator Success team through your ownership, professionalism, and execution excellence.
  • • You will partner cross-functionally with Product, Support, Moderation, Growth, and Sales teams to translate creator feedback into product improvements, ensure seamless issue resolution, and align on growth initiatives that enhance creator outcomes and platform stickiness.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced skills in commercial account management, data-driven creator coaching, retention strategy, and cross-functional influence within a high-growth, AI-first environment. You will gain deep expertise in creator economy dynamics, monetisation optimisation, and performance benchmarking — positioning yourself as a top-tier individual contributor in a company recognised as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record in Creator Success, Customer Success, or Account Management with demonstrated success in growing revenue and retention across a portfolio of high-value clients
  • • Strong data literacy and confidence using dashboards, metrics, and performance insights to identify trends, risks, and expansion opportunities
  • • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience establishing trust and credibility with high-value creators or clients
  • • Comfort with direct commercial accountability for revenue and retention outcomes in a target-driven, performance-focused environment
  • • Experience operating effectively in fast-moving, cross-functional teams within tech or platform-based organisations
