- • The Credentialing Coordinator at Finni Health plays a vital role in supporting autism care providers by ensuring they are properly credentialed and compliant with regulatory standards, enabling them to deliver care through Finni’s insurance network and EHR platform.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing provider credentialing and re-credentialing applications, conducting primary source verification, maintaining accurate credentialing databases, assisting with privileging and onboarding, liaising with licensing boards and payers, generating reports, identifying process issues, and contributing to workflow improvements in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
- • Finni Health is a remote-first healthcare startup democratizing autism care by providing providers with access to insurance networks, purpose-built EHR software, HR solutions, and clinical support. 🎯 Requirements
- • 1-3 years of relevant administrative support experience, ideally in a healthcare or regulated environment
- • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, CRM/support software, and ability to learn new EHR/credentialing tools
- • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
- • High attention to detail, methodical approach to documentation and data, and proactive problem-solving mindset
