  • • As a Credentialing Coordinator for Scan.com’s National Imaging Network, you will serve as the key accountability layer in a technology-enabled credentialing model, ensuring the integrity and compliance of provider enrollment across a rapidly growing healthcare platform.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing end-to-end provider enrollment via CAQH ProView, monitoring sanctions and NPDB alerts, overseeing delegated oversight with large provider groups, maintaining re-credentialing calendars, and ensuring audit-ready documentation for licenses, COIs, and accreditations.
  • • Scan.com is a VC-backed digital health scale-up that has raised over $70M, achieved profitability, and is growing at over 100% YoY, with a mission to make diagnostics accessible, fast, and transparent through B2C and B2B platforms powered by AI and world-class operations.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare compliance, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, with the opportunity to drive measurable improvements in onboarding speed, audit readiness, and data accuracy while contributing to the scaling of a national imaging network.
