📋 Description
- • This role is a Credit Card Customer Support position at Extend Your Team, LLC, a fintech company building an innovative credit card platform backed by leaders from Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Nubank, Goldman Sachs, and more. The role is critical to delivering an extraordinary experience for applicants and cardholders of the Aven card, directly impacting customer satisfaction and trust in a next-generation financial product.
- • Day to day, the person will respond to customer queries via ZenDesk and Amazon Connect, resolve account-related issues including payments, statements, and technical bugs, handle escalated situations with de-escalation techniques, document customer interactions (complaints and compliments), and contribute to a 24/7 support team ensuring timely and effective service.
- • The team combines deep technology and finance and finance and technology (Nubank, Goldman Sachs, Square, Carta, SoFi) and major tech firms like-minded, high-performance culture focused on depth, minimalism, and speed of execution.
- • In this role, the person will develop advanced customer service expertise in financial services, refine communication and problem-solving skills under pressure, gain experience with enterprise support tools like ZenDesk and Amazon Connect, and grow within a mission-driven startup backed by top-tier investors including Max Levchin and Founders Fund.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 3 years of customer service experience with US mortgage and credit card accounts
- • Fluency, clarity, and good diction in English
- • Proficiency, speed, and accuracy in written communication
- • Experience using customer service tools such as ZenDesk and Amazon Connect
- • Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience in financial services
- • Flexibility to work US Pacific Time (10 AM to 7 PM) with a 1-hour break and willingness to shift schedules
