- • The Credit Control Analyst at Safeguard Global plays a critical role in managing credit risk and ensuring timely collections, directly supporting financial stability and business continuity by maintaining healthy cash flow and minimizing aged debt across a global client base.
- • Day to day, the analyst manages outstanding debt for an assigned client base through collections best practices, follows up on overdue invoices by working with clients to resolve discrepancies, ensures appropriate action is taken to resolve aged debt, provides weekly status reporting to leadership and stakeholders, ensures credit and collection policies and procedures are followed, prepares statements, client status reports and all relevant information as required, conducts regular debt review meetings with key stakeholders, and manages customer relationships by responding to internal and external queries in a timely manner.
