📋 Description

• • As a Credit Operations Analyst in Underwriting & Monitoring at Adyen, you will evaluate, manage, and scale credit risk across Adyen’s expanding suite of financial products, playing a critical role in assessing credit risk, underwriting SME and enterprise merchants, and ensuring portfolio performance remains within risk appetite while enabling sustainable merchant growth.
• • Day to day, you will perform in-depth credit underwriting by analyzing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and portfolio monitoring for loans to SMBs and credit products to enterprise customers; analyze the impact of business model, industry, and macro-economic developments on credit portfolios; develop and implement credit risk strategies to enhance portfolio performance while aligning with risk appetite and business objectives; drive continuous improvement of global and EU-specific credit risk underwriting and monitoring frameworks; provide credit risk expertise to stakeholders to ensure credit risk is considered in new commercial product developments; and lead projects from beginning to end to find optimal solutions that benefit customers and improve risk management practices.
