- • As a Crisis Care Consultant at Centerstone, you will play a vital role in a 24/7/365 suicide prevention call team that has been recognized in Time Magazine for its life-saving work, providing immediate support to individuals in acute mental health crisis through clinical screenings, risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis intervention.
- • You will conduct brief clinical assessments via telephone, develop safety plans, link callers to appropriate community resources and services, and perform outreach calls to individuals previously engaged by mobile crisis teams to promote ongoing safety and follow-up care.
- • Your daily responsibilities include demonstrating high-level clinical knowledge and skill in crisis intervention, maintaining compliance with ethical and accreditation standards, attending team meetings and supervision sessions, and delivering compassionate, professional customer service in all interactions.
- • You will collaborate across departments and with external community agencies, hospitals, and mental health providers to ensure seamless service linkage and promote a culture of cooperation, while also assisting with administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, or certification as a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist
- • One year of preferred experience in a behavioral health, crisis intervention, or related helping role
- • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively via verbal, written, virtual, and in-person methods with diverse populations in high-stress situations
