đź“‹ Description
- • As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Pearl Health, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our technology and product development by attracting and hiring the exceptional talent that drives our innovation. This role is far more than just filling open positions; it's about strategically building the high-caliber engineering, product, data, and design teams that are critical to our mission. You will be a key architect of our technical culture, deeply involved in identifying, engaging, and securing world-class builders who are eager to contribute to a high-growth, mission-driven environment.
- • You will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for our Research & Development organization, acting as a trusted strategic partner to leadership. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure we hire the right individuals at the opportune moments, aligning talent acquisition with our ambitious product roadmaps and architectural needs. This involves managing every facet of the hiring journey, from the initial sourcing and outreach to the intricate scheduling of interviews, facilitating informed hiring decisions, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for every new Pearl Health team member.
- • Your day-to-day will involve owning the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on technical roles, but also encompassing occasional go-to-market positions. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring a consistently high-quality candidate experience from the very first interaction through to the final offer acceptance.
- • A significant part of your role will be to partner closely with our technical leaders. This deep collaboration will enable you to gain a profound understanding of our product roadmaps, architectural strategies, and the specific technical challenges we aim to solve. You will then translate these complex needs into compelling and accurate role requirements that resonate with top-tier talent.
- • You will be tasked with designing and implementing creative, proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse and robust talent pipelines across our Engineering, Product, Data, and Design functions. This requires a keen understanding of where to find exceptional talent and how to engage them effectively, even when they are not actively looking.
- • A critical aspect of this role is optimizing our recruitment operations. You will be expected to identify potential bottlenecks in our current processes, propose solutions, and implement scalable strategies that enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and improve conversion rates throughout the candidate funnel.
- • You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless transition for our new hires. This includes coordinating essential onboarding activities, such as initiating background checks, ensuring HRIS profile setup, and working with the People team to guarantee a positive first impression and a well-prepared start.
- • As a data-driven advisor to the People team, you will leverage recruitment funnel metrics and analytics to inform hiring decisions, refine our recruitment strategies, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Your ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic recommendations will be highly valued.
- • This role is perfect for a Talent professional who possesses a strong blend of technical recruiting expertise and a genuine passion for cultivating inclusive, high-performing teams. You should be adept at assessing technical skill sets and engaging credibly with senior engineers and technical executives, understanding their motivations and career aspirations.
- • You will be expected to manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, all while maintaining an unwavering attention to detail. Your ability to juggle multiple searches and stakeholder needs simultaneously will be key to your success.
- • Experience within a high-growth healthcare technology or a startup environment is highly desirable, as it indicates an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities present in such settings.
- • A solid understanding of HR best practices related to talent acquisition, candidate engagement, and employment law is essential for navigating the complexities of recruitment.
- • You should be comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in an environment where you can contribute to building and refining processes, rather than simply executing pre-defined ones. Your proactive and entrepreneurial spirit will be a significant asset.
- • You will be expected to be flexible and willing to jump into business-critical searches outside of the R&D organization when needed, demonstrating a commitment to the broader talent needs of the company.
- • We are looking for someone who sees themselves as a strategic talent partner, dedicated to helping the company scale, rather than just a recruiter focused on filling seats. Your mission is to build the teams that will drive Pearl Health's success.
- • Collaboration is key; you will work closely with cross-functional teams, viewing this coordination as an opportunity to build stronger relationships and achieve better outcomes, not as a distraction.
- • You will be a champion for our values: Collaborate to Innovate, Trust Through Transparency, and Serious Impact, Big Heart. Your approach to recruitment will reflect these principles, fostering an environment of teamwork, integrity, and positive impact.
- • Pearl Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to improving lives. Our strength is derived from the diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives of our team. We welcome all candidates and are dedicated to a fair, inclusive hiring process free from discrimination.
