- • Own the end-to-end build of high-impact CRM campaigns on Braze—crafting everything from lifecycle emails and push notifications to in-app messages, WhatsApp flows, and Content Cards that reach millions of users across web, mobile, and emerging channels.
- • Translate complex marketing briefs into pixel-perfect, responsive HTML/CSS/JS templates that render flawlessly on every device, using mobile-first design principles and rigorous QA to guarantee an exceptional user experience.
- • Architect and maintain scalable data pipelines that sync customer attributes, events, and purchase data between Braze, Snowflake, and third-party systems via RESTful APIs and JSON-driven ETL jobs, ensuring real-time personalization and flawless segmentation.
- • Collaborate daily with cross-functional squads in Europe, the US, and APAC—product managers, designers, data scientists, and growth marketers—to brainstorm, prototype, and iterate on experiments that move core KPIs such as activation, retention, and revenue.
- • Leverage advanced templating languages (Handlebars.js, Liquid, MJML) to inject dynamic content, conditional logic, and localization strings, turning raw data into emotionally resonant messages that feel handcrafted for every recipient.
- • Champion code quality and version control best practices by managing Git repositories, conducting peer reviews, and automating build pipelines that reduce deployment time from hours to minutes.
- • Continuously A/B test creative, copy, send-time, and channel mix; analyze results in Braze Currents and Snowflake; then socialize actionable insights that shape future roadmap decisions and drive a culture of data-driven creativity.
- • Act as the technical subject-matter expert for Braze within the company—mentoring junior developers, creating reusable component libraries, and documenting playbooks that accelerate onboarding and ensure consistency across client projects.
- • Monitor deliverability, inbox placement, and engagement metrics; troubleshoot rendering issues across 40+ email clients; and implement fallbacks that maintain brand integrity even in the most restrictive environments.
- • Contribute to the entrepreneurial spirit of Massive Rocket by identifying upsell opportunities, proposing innovative use-cases for new Braze features, and participating in hackathons that keep us on the cutting edge of martech.
- • Uphold security and compliance standards by sanitizing PII, implementing consent-based segmentation, and partnering with Legal & DPO to meet GDPR, CCPA, and local data regulations.
