📋 Description

• Build and rebuild production-grade email templates and reusable messaging components within Braze using HTML, CSS, and Liquid
• Develop scalable, modular template frameworks to ensure consistent and efficient campaign delivery across enterprise marketing workflows
• Implement dynamic content and personalisation logic using structured data inputs from multiple sources, including Snowflake and other data platforms
• Conduct comprehensive QA, rendering validation, and cross-client testing to minimise defects and ensure compliance in regulated environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve template, data mapping, and rendering issues to guarantee stable production releases for high-volume CRM communications
• Collaborate directly with marketing, data engineering, and product teams to align migration requirements, dependencies, and delivery timelines for a major insurance client
• Support documentation of template systems, reusable components, and implementation best practices for internal knowledge sharing and client handover
• Contribute to clean, auditable release cycles within enterprise-grade delivery environments with strict compliance and audit requirements
• Ensure all assets maintain high fidelity to legacy communications while improving scalability, maintainability, and performance
• Work within a regulated industry context (insurance), adhering to data privacy, accessibility, and legal standards for customer communications
• Participate in cross-functional planning sessions to translate business requirements into technically sound, reusable CRM solutions
• Maintain awareness of Braze platform updates and industry best practices to continuously optimise template architecture and performance
• Operate in a remote-first environment with global collaboration across teams in Europe and the US

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in CRM development, email development, or marketing technology implementation
• Strong hands-on experience with Braze, building production-ready email assets
• Advanced HTML and CSS skills, including responsive and modular email template design
• Proven experience supporting CRM platform migrations, including asset rebuilds and data integration
• Comfortable working in regulated enterprise environments; financial services or insurance experience is advantageous
• Proficiency in Liquid templating language and Braze Content Blocks and Connected Content features
