Your expertise will ensure the seamless operation of these critical infrastructures, directly impacting sales efficiency, data integrity, and the overall student journey.
  • • You will take ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of our CRM and Contact Centre platforms, ensuring they are not only operational but also continuously evolving to meet the dynamic needs of a rapidly scaling edtech organization. This includes proactive system maintenance, performance monitoring, and the implementation of best practices to guarantee high uptime and robust data accuracy.
  • • A key facet of your role will be the meticulous governance of our sales policies and procedures. You will lead the charge in creating, updating, and enforcing internal sales policy documents and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This ensures consistency, clarity, and adherence to best practices across the Revenue Team, fostering a culture of operational excellence.
  • • Driving actionable insights through data will be central to your contribution. You will manage and develop all reporting dashboards for the Revenue Team, transforming raw data into clear, concise, and impactful reports. These reports will provide leadership with critical insights into student pipelines, sales performance metrics, and key trends, enabling data-driven decision-making.

You will provide valuable feedback and implement technical improvements to enhance the payment journey for our students, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience. Furthermore, you will refine internal sales processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • • Collaboration is key. You will work hand-in-hand with the Finance and Collections departments to guarantee the accuracy of sales data and the reliability of system integrations. This cross-functional partnership is vital for maintaining a unified and trustworthy data ecosystem.
  • • As the go-to expert for system-related challenges, you will manage and troubleshoot queries pertaining to system issues. Your ability to diagnose problems and ensure the timely resolution of internal operational bottlenecks will be crucial for maintaining team productivity and minimizing disruptions.
  • • You will be the guardian of our sales data's integrity, ensuring that all information within the CRM is accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible. This meticulous approach to data management underpins the reliability of our reporting and the effectiveness of our sales strategies.
  • • By streamlining workflows and enhancing system capabilities, you will directly contribute to the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency and sales team productivity.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the operational backbone of a leading edtech company, contributing to its mission of making tech education accessible globally. You will be at the forefront of implementing solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth.
  • • You will be responsible for ensuring that our CRM and Contact Centre systems are configured to support complex sales funnels, lead nurturing campaigns, and customer segmentation strategies, thereby maximizing conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
  • • Proactively identify opportunities for automation within the sales process, leveraging CRM capabilities to reduce manual effort and free up the sales team to focus on high-value activities.
  • • Develop and deliver training materials for the Revenue Team on CRM best practices, new features, and updated processes, ensuring widespread adoption and proficiency.
  • • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in CRM technology and sales operations, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to maintain HyperionDev's competitive edge.
  • • Contribute to strategic planning by providing data-backed recommendations for system upgrades, process improvements, and resource allocation within the Revenue Team.
  • • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) in all CRM-related activities and data handling procedures.
  • • Act as a liaison between the Revenue Team and IT/Development teams for any custom integrations or advanced feature requests, translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • • Monitor system performance and user adoption rates, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for CRM-related issues and solutions, serving as a central resource for the team.
  • • Champion the use of CRM data for forecasting and strategic planning, providing insights that support long-term business objectives.
  • • You will be a key player in ensuring that HyperionDev's sales operations are not just efficient, but also scalable and future-proof, supporting our ambitious growth trajectory.
