- • As a CRM Onboarding Specialist at Kaseya Holdings Inc., you will play a pivotal role in guiding Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients through the successful onboarding of MSP Success PRO, a digital offering that includes a website + SEO package (Vendasta) and a CRM package (Keap). Your work ensures clients are configured, trained, and equipped to adopt these tools effectively, directly impacting their ability to manage and grow their businesses using Kaseya’s AI-powered IT infrastructure and security solutions.
- • Day to day, you will lead live virtual onboarding sessions, deliver clear training and resources to drive product adoption, manage onboarding plans and timelines with proactive communication, respond to client tickets with timely and high-quality support, troubleshoot issues by identifying blockers early and coordinating with internal teams, and focus on long-term client outcomes by contributing to playbook and SOP improvements rather than just completing checklists.
