📋 Description
- • As a CRM Project Manager at Motorola Solutions, you will be accountable for the successful implementation, cutover, and hand-off to Support of critical public safety and security technology projects, directly contributing to the company’s mission of keeping people safer everywhere.
- • Day to day, you will develop, manage, and implement master project plans using automated tools, lead multidisciplinary teams, serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, facilitate meetings, monitor risks and budgets, and ensure adherence to standards and change management plans per sold contracts.
- • You will join a global, close-knit community at Motorola Solutions dedicated to building and connecting technologies that protect people, property, and places, fostering collaboration between public safety agencies and enterprises for proactive safety and security.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in CRM and project management within the public safety sector, strengthen financial acumen through budget and revenue management, and grow as a leader by driving complex deployments and influencing cross-functional outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School diploma, Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience managing external customers facing complex deployment programs and/or software application deployments
- • 5+ years of experience in CRM Project Management, Project Management or Program Management
- • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required; employer work permit sponsorship is not available
