- • As a CRM Specialist at Air Apps, you will manage and optimize CRM systems and email marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and retention, playing a key role in scaling the company’s AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner (PRP) used by over 100 million users worldwide.
- • You will develop and execute email marketing campaigns, drip sequences, and lead nurturing strategies; manage CRM workflows and segmentation; analyze performance metrics; optimize deliverability; and collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to personalize customer interactions while ensuring compliance with GDPR and CCPA.
- • Air Apps is a family-founded, self-funded company headquartered in Lisbon with offices in San Francisco, dedicated to creating AI-driven solutions that empower people globally through innovative resource planning tools.
