This role is pivotal in translating client business objectives into actionable CRM strategies, with a strong emphasis on leveraging HubSpot's capabilities for marketing, sales, revenue operations, and customer success.
  • • You will be instrumental in guiding clients through the successful implementation of HubSpot within their organizations, ensuring a smooth transition and a solid foundation for future growth. This involves understanding their unique business processes, challenges, and aspirations, and mapping them to HubSpot's robust feature set.
  • • A core responsibility will be to help clients optimize their existing HubSpot usage, identifying opportunities to enhance inbound marketing performance, streamline sales processes, and improve customer engagement. This requires a deep understanding of inbound methodologies and how to apply them effectively within the HubSpot platform.
  • • You will proactively identify and strategize on initiatives to generate more qualified visitors, nurture leads effectively, and convert them into loyal customers. This involves developing comprehensive plans that align with the organization's overarching business objectives and key performance indicators.
  • • A significant aspect of the role involves embedding Inbound Marketing and Inbound Sales principles at the heart of our clients' digital strategies. This means crafting approaches to attract target audiences, convert them into valuable leads, turn those leads into paying customers, and foster long-term customer loyalty and advocacy.
  • • You will be responsible for proposing and implementing integrated sales and marketing solutions that span across websites, social media, content marketing, lead generation campaigns, marketing automation, and CRM, all meticulously built upon the HubSpot ecosystem.
  • • This role demands a consultative approach, where you will actively participate in training clients on the effective use of HubSpot, empowering them to manage their own success post-implementation.

  • • The ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, each with its own unique set of goals and challenges, is essential. This requires strong organizational skills, effective time management, and the capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • • A critical technical component of this role involves analyzing and designing data schemas to optimize workflows, automations, and integrations within HubSpot. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and efficiency across the platform.
  • • You will perform intricate data mapping operations to guarantee seamless and accurate data flow between HubSpot and other critical business systems or platforms, preventing data silos and ensuring a unified view of the customer.

  • • You will be tasked with creating and maintaining robust database object schemas within HubSpot to optimize processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and facilitate deeper analytical insights into customer behavior and business performance.
  • • This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic, globally recognized digital agency that is a leader in the HubSpot ecosystem. You will be part of a team that values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning, contributing to projects that deliver tangible results and exceed client expectations.
  • • Join SmartBug Media Canada, a thriving digital firm with a rich history of delivering innovative solutions. Embrace an adventure where your curiosity, proactivity, and passion for digital strategy will be celebrated and rewarded in a stimulating, ever-evolving environment.
