  • • As a CRM Support Specialist at DocPlanner Group S.A., you will serve as the critical bridge between global operations and the Salesforce team, ensuring seamless support for internal users and maintaining the integrity of the CRM system that powers patient-doctor connections across 13 countries.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting Salesforce bugs, managing user access and permissions, handling analytics requests approved by operations, overseeing mass data imports/exports, ensuring data security and integrity through audits, and acting as first-level support by analyzing tickets to distinguish between system issues, data problems, and process gaps.
  • • You will work within a global, agile team of 3,000 employees spread across hubs in Barcelona, Warsaw, Curitiba, Rio de Janeiro, Mexico City, Bogotá, Munich, Rome, and Bologna, where innovation is balanced with hands-on execution and a mission-driven culture focused on improving healthcare access.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your Salesforce expertise, gain experience in cross-functional collaboration with business leaders and technical teams, develop training and documentation skills, and contribute to process improvements that scale with the company’s growth—positioning you for advancement in CRM administration, business analysis, or Salesforce architecture.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1+ year of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
  • • Working knowledge of relational database design and data management tools (Data Loader, Workbench, Inspector)
  • • Strong understanding of Salesforce security and access best practices (profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules)
  • • Experience with API integrations, Salesforce migrations, and basic Apex (nice to have)
  • • Platform App Builder Certification (nice to have)
