  • • Day to day, the CRO Manager will support end-to-end CRO cycles including research, hypothesis development, test design, and collaboration with engineering to implement experiments accurately.
  • • They will assist in funnel analysis to pinpoint drop-off points and opportunities, translate insights into actionable test briefs, and maintain a prioritized experimentation backlog.
  • • The role involves tracking experiment status and results, analyzing outcomes using statistical reasoning, and documenting learnings to build a shared knowledge base.
  • • They will communicate progress and outcomes clearly to product, engineering, and leadership stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • • The CRO Manager will work closely with the Head of Product and Managing Director, contributing to a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1.5–3 years of hands-on experience running CRO experiments, preferably on high-traffic consumer or subscription funnels.
  • • Strong understanding of the CRO lifecycle, including hypothesis formation, test design, execution, and post-test analysis.
  • • Ability to independently analyze experiment results and funnel metrics using analytics tools such as Mixpanel, GrowthBook, or Tableau.
  • • Detail-oriented and reliable in managing experiments from concept to production, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • • Comfortable collaborating with engineers and product teams to ensure accurate implementation of test variations.
  • • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple experiments, timelines, and priorities effectively.
  • • Growth mindset: curious, eager to learn, and motivated to expand CRO and experimentation expertise over time.
  • • Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills for clear stakeholder alignment.
