You will be the front-line ambassador, hunting for new partnerships, negotiating commercial terms, and feeding market intelligence straight into the product roadmap.
  • • Own the full outbound cycle: build targeted lead lists of crypto funds, family offices, neobanks, and Web3 start-ups; craft hyper-personalised cold emails, LinkedIn sequences, and warm calls; convert 10+ qualified prospects per week into discovery calls and nurture them to close with support from VP Sales.
  • • Plan and execute creative marketing initiatives: co-design airdrop campaigns, AMAs, and referral contests that drive 20 % MoM user growth; coordinate with design and content teams to localise pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies for European audiences; track CAC and report ROI to leadership.
  • • Research and map new market verticals: produce weekly battle-cards on competitor pricing, tokenomics, and feature gaps; identify untapped geographies (e.g., MENA, Turkey, Nordics) and produce go-to-market playbooks; present findings to exec team and influence quarterly OKRs.
  • • Support investor relations: prepare data rooms, update financial models, and draft slides for Series A fundraising; sit in on pitch rehearsals and capture feedback that sharpens narrative around AI indices and predictive analytics.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally: relay customer feedback to product managers to prioritise API endpoints, dashboard widgets, and language localisation; partner with community managers to turn power users into affiliate champions; flag compliance requirements to legal counsel ahead of European MiCA regulation.
  • • Leverage CRM rigour: maintain spotless HubSpot records, build dashboards that visualise pipeline velocity, and forecast revenue within 5 % accuracy; automate follow-ups and reduce sales cycle time by 15 % through sequences and templates.
  • • Champion a data-driven culture: run A/B tests on subject lines, call openers, and pricing tiers; publish fortnightly “wins & learnings” memos that upskill the entire BD squad; contribute to an internal wiki that becomes the playbook for future interns.
  • • Thrive in a remote-first, high-velocity environment: manage your own calendar across GMT/CET time zones, attend daily stand-ups on Zoom, and deliver weekly KPIs without micromanagement; earn uncapped commission for every closed deal and compete for a full-time offer at the end of the 3-month evaluative internship.

  • • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s/master’s in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field with demonstrated interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
  • • Proven track record in sales, business development, or marketing—whether through internships, start-up projects, hackathon sponsorship outreach, or running your own side hustle; comfortable cold-calling and closing deals.
  • • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; additional European languages (German, French, Turkish) are a strong plus.
  • • Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritise ruthlessly, and deliver under ambiguity; self-starter who can create structure where none exists.
  • • Proficient with Google Workspace, HubSpot/Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and basic data analysis in Excel or Sheets; familiarity with on-chain analytics tools (Nansen, Glassnode, Dune) is nice-to-have.
