• • Architect and execute a 360-degree PR strategy that spans thought-leadership op-eds, product-launch campaigns, crisis-response playbooks, and reputation-management programs, ensuring every headline, tweet, podcast mention, and conference stage appearance reinforces our position as the go-to AI crypto analytics provider.
• • Cultivate and curate a high-impact media network that includes CoinDesk, The Block, Cointelegraph, Bloomberg Crypto, Reuters, TechCrunch, Forbes, and tier-1 regional outlets; maintain a living database of 200+ journalists, editors, podcast hosts, and conference producers with personalized outreach cadences, exclusive briefings, and embargoed data drops.
• • Write and refine all external narratives—from press releases and media kits to executive talking points and keynote scripts—translating complex AI models, on-chain metrics, and market forecasts into crisp, compelling stories that resonate with both retail and institutional audiences.
• • Secure and manage 50+ pieces of top-tier coverage per quarter, tracking sentiment, share-of-voice, and message pull-through; present monthly dashboards to the executive team that correlate PR wins with user acquisition, brand-trust scores, and token-holder sentiment.
• • Serve as the rapid-response commander during market volatility, exchange outages, or regulatory headlines; craft 60-minute turnaround statements, coordinate leadership interviews, and monitor social channels to protect and enhance Token Metrics’ reputation in real time.
• • Partner with product, research, and data-science teams to synchronize PR calendars with roadmap milestones—turning every new AI index release, ranking methodology upgrade, or price-prediction enhancement into a headline-worthy moment that drives product adoption.
• • Elevate our founders and subject-matter experts into sought-after thought leaders: pitch and place op-eds, secure keynote slots at Consensus, Token2049, and Paris Blockchain Week, and ghostwrite LinkedIn posts that spark industry-wide conversations.
• • Build and manage a global network of PR freelancers, regional agencies, and crypto influencers; negotiate contracts, set KPIs, and run quarterly performance reviews to ensure consistent messaging across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
• • Establish crisis-simulation drills twice a year, training executives on media handling, message discipline, and social-listening tools so the company is prepared for black-swan events, regulatory scrutiny, or viral misinformation.
• • Collaborate with growth marketing to amplify earned media through paid syndication, newsletter placements, and community AMAs, turning PR victories into measurable funnel growth and user retention.
• • Champion diversity of voice in our storytelling, spotlighting customer success stories from emerging markets and under-represented regions to reinforce Token Metrics’ mission of democratizing crypto intelligence worldwide.
