• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Token Metrics’ next generation AI-powered crypto investing tools, translating complex blockchain data into delightful, high-retention experiences for retail and institutional users across 50+ countries.
• Spearhead market and competitive intelligence: monitor on-chain metrics, DeFi/NFT trends, regulatory shifts, and user sentiment to surface white-space opportunities that keep our roadmap 6–12 months ahead of the market.
• Define and evangelize a crystal-clear product vision, OKRs, and KPIs that align engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams around measurable growth targets (DAU, conversion, retention, ARPU).
• Run agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros) with a globally distributed squad; maintain a living, prioritized backlog that balances quick-win experiments, technical debt, and moon-shot innovations.
• Design and execute rapid A/B and multivariate tests inside our React/Web3 front-end; leverage Mixpanel, Amplitude, and on-chain analytics to identify the “Aha” moments that turn curious visitors into lifelong paying subscribers.
• Partner with UI/UX researchers to conduct usability studies, card-sorting exercises, and jobs-to-be-done interviews; convert qualitative insights into low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity Figma prototypes that engineers can ship within two-week sprints.
• Collaborate with tokenomics experts to integrate new staking, yield-farming, and governance features while ensuring compliance with evolving FATF and local regulations—turning legal constraints into product differentiators.
• Own the go-to-market playbook: craft positioning statements, pricing tiers, and launch calendars; coordinate PR, influencer, and community campaigns that routinely place Token Metrics in the top-3 Product Hunt launches for fintech.
• Establish a data-driven QA culture—write acceptance criteria, define test matrices, and run bug bashes with QA engineers; maintain <1 % crash rate and ≥4.7 star rating across iOS, Android, and web properties.
• Act as the voice of the customer inside the company; run monthly “voice of investor” webinars, NPS surveys, and Telegram AMAs that feed a continuous feedback loop straight into Jira tickets.
• Mentor junior PMs and analysts; foster an inclusive, remote-first culture where bold ideas are welcomed and psychological safety drives innovation.
• Report directly to the CPO and present OKR progress, churn analytics, and revenue forecasts to the executive team and external venture partners, influencing capital allocation and strategic partnerships.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of product-management experience in crypto, DeFi, or fintech with at least one full-cycle launch of a blockchain-based product that reached >10 k active users.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or CSPM certification is a strong plus.
• Deep working knowledge of blockchain fundamentals (UTXO vs account models, EVM, Layer-2 rollups, smart-contract wallets) and agile/scrum ceremonies.
• Proven proficiency with behavioral analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar) and SQL to write custom queries that inform product decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, marketing) in a 100 % remote, fast-paced environment; exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
